If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

• Return window: 14 days from delivery

• Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging

• Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

• Refunds will only be granted following inspection of the returned item to ensure it meets our return conditions
